The wheel and arms are fully intact with some light stuffing scratches and discoloration to the metal but in the rear the threading has broken off on a section as shown in the last few photos. This wheel is relatively light and measure 16 in in diameter. Please see all photos what you see is exactly what you get. If you have any questions please ask.
