The Outboard assembly appears to be complete and undamaged although there is slight oxidisation on the alloy and some very slight hangar or should that be Boatshed rash all of which would be removed with a detail clean and polish. Even the drive to the prop turns freely. The motor itself is damaged beyond repair with a lug missing off the Crankcase, no Cylinder Head or Needle and no drive plate, although the pull start Pulley is attached. With a bit of work it could be reassembled for show only, and would make a really nice addition to your.

Or alternatively source another motor and bring it back to life.
