Vintage Refurbished Wood Boat Rudder 39.5 long + Schaefer Hardware Sailing Sailboat Hardware. This rudder has been refurbished by one of our own and is now a truly beautiful piece. This piece was given a fine sanding followed by a water wipe down to raise the grain as well as removing small flaws. Followed by a smooth final sanding with the grain this piece was then given multiple coats of a water based Helmsman Clear coat giving us a solid protective layer over the rudder.

The results of all these steps turned out a beautifully refurbished piece that can be installed on the right boat or simply displayed for everyone to see. We do the best we can with what we've got equipment and time wise to supply the most accurate & detailed photos of the item you are interested in. With that said our office is smoke free and no hands on merchandise unless hands have been washed and sanitized. The item pictured will be the item received. Unless in cases of bulk items of the same item. Though delays with carriers do happen.

Once items are dropped with carriers its out of our control we will do our part to pack and drop with carriers as scheduled. Address changes are not possible. Also we often use Recycled materials such as boxes or newspaper anything we can to make a smaller footprint and create less trash.
