Here is a vintage pair of Step-n-Trim adjustable trim tabs. I have used these on many of my vintage boats to take the bounce out of my ride. These were covered in old paint so I spent over an hour cleaning them up. You could go to the next step and polish them up to shine like new.

I'm now working on my LAST project boat and no longer need these. They measure 11 1/2 wide, 7 1/4 deep and the mounting plate is about 4 1/4 high.
