Small chrome vintage old boat manually operated chrome spotlight. Unless the base is not original but we think it is. Stands 19 tall but is designed to be retractable if you drill a hole in the deck under the deck base. Pole stands at an angle.

This would be a light you mount within arms reach as everything is manual... There is a on-off toggle switch on back of light, there is a handle for moving the light up and down and for turning left and right and there is a thumbscrew for locking the light to keep it from moving left and right. BUT some pieces you may want to have rechromed (like base and maybe bulb retainer) for show purposes. No chips or cracks on bulb.
