Used Vintage Chris Craft Boat Ivalite Roof Top Control Deluxe Spot Light. It does rotate and swivel just fine and the switch and wiring is complete. There should be no reason that it would not work.

The inside of housing is clean and bulb appears good. It includes the mounting plate shown, the screws and rubber gasket. Two tiny dings that I tried my best to show, an easy repair.
