Vintage Heavy Bronze Helms Steering Wheel. It looks like a CW symbol on it, but I don't know what it means. Great Patina Very Old Excellent Condition. Wheel for pully type cable steering. Mounting holes 2 5/8 apart for 4 mounting holes. Shi pping items has become exceedingly expensive for all concerned.
