Vintage Antique Outboard Boat Racing F 9x140E Wheel 3 blade cleaver propeller. This is a 3 blade outboard racing prop. The Propellor markings 9x140E, 2, S, 3. Hub is 1 3/16" outside, 15/16" inside, 2 11/16 Length. I do not have the ability to check the pitch.
