Part From 1950's Vintage Wooden Chris-Craft Boat. Half Mile Ray Light with Pole.

Manufactured by the Portable Light Co. Chrome with many rust spots indicative of it's age. Base is worn, may be chrome over brass or bronze. Has been re-wired and works. Light moves up and down, left and right. Comes with a control pole that attaches to light to move it. Pole is 9' 4 long. Interpole is brass, has a brass inner pipe that attaches to the brass control of light. It appears that light was on the bow of the boat with pole attached. Pole may have been located in cockpit for maneuvering light. The round knob on pole is chrome.

Rare to have these two parts together. Price is for light and pole. All parts came from an estate sale in Norfolk, VA. Grandson of boat owner believes boat was between 1952.
