This is a RARE one! It is solid and working condition.

Anchor rope goes through the tube and can be easily set to various depths by sliding the rope into the tapered roller wheel. This has some camo paint residue that should come off and this thing would look beautiful cleaned up! Measures 12 H from bottom of tube to top of roller.
