Antique outboard motor racing hydroplane steering wheel 1940's-50's Perko 15

  
Here is a good used antique outboard motor boat steering wheel complete with the original cloth covered bronze wire cable. 15" flat, 6" high, three spoke. Ones just like list are listed in the Perko Marine Hardware catalog all through the 1940's and into the late 1950's. Aluminum housing and drum turn smoothly.

The actual wheel has cracks in the spokes that can be easily filled with epoxy and repainted. There are traces of boat spray paint on the wheel and center medallion.

Wheels like this are perfect for runabout and race boat restorations. Hard to find in this good condition.
