Aluminum spool housing & tiller rope spool are very nice, not cracked or broken. Chrome center intact but has a couple of small dings, plating is starting to deteriorate & is showing some light surface rust spots. Wheel is showing an age crack at left side of outer ring near crosspiece, also some hair line stress cracks in cross piece near center of hub. OA diameter of spool measures approximately 4 ¾, OA diameter of steering wheel measures approximately 15, 7deep from front of steering wheel to back of spool housing.
